Terms of service
This pre-launch draft governs access to the currently available VETER tools. Account and paid-membership terms will apply only when those features are enabled.
The service
VETER provides image preparation tools for tattoo professionals and related creative users. Features may evolve as the product is improved.
Generated files are working materials and must be reviewed by a qualified tattoo artist before use.
Accounts
If user accounts are enabled, you will be responsible for accurate account information, keeping access credentials secure and activity carried out through your account.
Once accounts are available, tell support promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Memberships and credits
The planned monthly tiers are $14.95 / 14,95 €, $19.95 / 19,95 € and $39.95 / 39,95 €. Annual billing includes two months in the displayed total. Final currency, taxes and terms will be shown before any paid checkout is confirmed.
The planned options include 100 credits each month. A remote Stencil generation is planned to use 1 credit; Image Enhancer remains in calibration and its cost will be confirmed before release.
Renewal and cancellation
If recurring paid memberships are enabled, their renewal date, cancellation controls and applicable billing terms will be shown before purchase.
Any future cancellation policy will respect mandatory consumer rights and will be presented with the final checkout terms.
Your content
You keep your rights in references and instructions you submit. You give the service the limited permission needed to process them and return the requested output.
You must have the rights and permissions required for all submitted content and must not use the service for unlawful, infringing or harmful material.
Acceptable use and availability
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, bypass limits, automate abusive usage or gain unauthorised access to the service.
Access may be limited or suspended when needed to protect users, the service or third parties, or when these terms are materially breached.
Responsibility
Tattooing decisions, client consent, placement, scale, hygiene, technique and final execution remain the responsibility of the tattoo professional.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
