The current tools may handle usage and device information, support messages, and images or instructions submitted for processing. Account and contact details may be added when account features are enabled.

If paid checkout is enabled, payment card details will be handled by the checkout provider and are not intended to be stored in the VETER application database.

Information is used to provide the current tools, respond to support requests, protect the service and understand product performance. Account, subscription and credit administration will apply only when those features are enabled.

Where a separate choice is required for optional communications, that choice will be presented at the relevant point.

Uploaded references and generated files are processed to deliver the requested result and related product features such as recent history when enabled.

Do not upload images you are not authorised to use or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Information is kept for the time needed to provide the service, meet applicable obligations, resolve disputes and protect legitimate business interests. The period depends on the type of information and, when available, account status.

Specialist service partners may process limited information for hosting, image processing, security, analytics or support. Payment providers will be added to this list only if paid checkout is enabled.

Depending on where you live, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection regarding your personal information.
